Mr. Singha is a Barrister and Solicitor with multi jurisdictional legal exposure. He has been involved in the legal profession since 2001. He has expanded his expertise since, adding more practice areas to his portfolio. He is a family-oriented man, a world traveler with a palate for international cuisine from all geographical origins and an ardent reader who enjoys quotes from great leaders .

Kazi Zahir Uddin joined SLPC as Litigation Assistant. Prior to joining SLPC, he has worked at World Immigration Network (WIN) as Legal Consultant/Manager. Before that, he worked at the Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS) as Program Analyst.

He has completed MBA from Maastricht School of Management (MSM, the Netherlands) and completed a 2-year Certificate program from York University, Canada.

Mahua Das has been Real Estate Law Clerk Assistant with SLPC since 2016. She has over 5 years of experience in the Real Estates and Office Admin area. Mahua has extensive experience with preparing files and deal will all aspects of a real estate matter, as well as the other functions of a Law Clerk.

Mahua works directly with clients and assists in the administration of the office. In addition to her extensive law clerk functions, Mahua is responsible for the management of the office.

Mahua is a Graduate degree holder in English Literature.

Farjana Emon is a Real Estate Law clerk. She has started her career with Singha Law Professional Corporation in January 2021. With her knowledge and experience she is getting involved in all the aspects of the real estate transaction.

Farjana completed her law clerk diploma program from Trios College in Toronto. And she continues to develop her skills and credential through practical experiences.

Farjana’s role at Singha Law Professional Corporation, to support the lawyer by preparing legal documents, maintaining files and conducting research.

Masum is a Real Estate Law Clerk at SLPC who assists in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters.

Masum’s various duties include conducting searches of title and preparing detailed title memorandums; completing off-title due diligence searches and preparing off-title summary reports; drafting conveyancing and securities documents; ordering and negotiating title insurance policies; liaising with clients, solicitors; reviewing and revising closing documentation; preparation of electronic documents; and conducting due diligence searches.

Ibrahim is a law clerk assistant in the Real Estate Department at SLPC. Ibrahim focuses on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions of residential and commercial properties and mortgage financing..

His responsibilities include assisting lawyers and clients in all aspects of real estate transactions from commencement to closing, including conducting due diligence searches, organizing and arranging for execution of closing documents, attending to registration of title documents and final reporting.

Ibrahim is a Law Clerk Diploma holder from Centennial College and now pursuing undergraduate program in Legal Studies from Ontario Tech University.

Sheuly is the Head Real Estate Law Clerk at SLPC who assists in all aspects of residential real estate matters. She has experience with multi-property and multi-jurisdictional transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions and financing.
Sheuly’s various duties include conducting searches of title and preparing detailed title memorandums; completing off-title due diligence searches and preparing off-title summary reports; drafting conveyancing and financing documents; ordering and negotiating title insurance policies; communication with clients, solicitors and different level of offices; reviewing and revising closing documentation; preparation and registration of electronic documents.
Sheuly has completed her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Commerce. She has also completed her ICMA training and ACCA from England. Her other qualifications include an enlistment with CGA. She believes in hard work, patience, honesty, and perseverance.

Md Siddiqur Rahman is working as Case Management Personnel at SLPC under the direct supervision of Jayanta Singha, Barrister and Solicitor.

Siddiq has more than 05 years of experience of practically dealing with Canada Immigration, Study, Visit, Business and work in Canada. He also prepares video contents for the public and all his contents have been prepared based on either the Immigration and Citizenship Canada’s norms and guidelines or his real-life experiences being an immigrant. He is the lead content creator of a YouTube channel named “Mission Canada”, where he and along with his team members have produced approximately 500 video contents till date.

Siddiq has successfully acquired dual Graduate degrees. Siddiq possesses a Post Secondary Diploma in Conference and Event Planner. He is Masters degree holder in Telecommunication Engineering and also Masters in Business Administration. He holds globally recognized professional certifications such as Google Analytics for Beginners, ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management.
